Friend: Resident and/ or renter on East Third Avenue (non-property owner) as well as resident of other Durango neighborhoods. You are welcome to join no matter where you live in Durango or LaPlata County.
Eligiblilty: All structures/ owners within the BNA zone are eligible for membership, one vote per structure or owner.
